Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please keep in mind that during the holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary.
Innovative Resources is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, pandemics, or transfers from Australia Post, TNT (for larger overseas orders) or any other courier services.
Local Delivery
Shipping charges will be calculated according to the state you have ordered from. The minimum postage amount is $13.20 and our maximum postage fee is $55 (GST included).
Express Post
We offer an express post service for $10 in addition to standard shipping charges.
International Shipping (includes UK and Europe)
We use Australia Post to send small orders. All larger orders will be delivered by an international courier. Postage is calculated using the rates below:
New Zealand – 30% of order
Asia (including China and Japan) – 35% of order
Canada and Pacific nations – 40% of order
UK and Europe – 45% of order
Rest of the world – 45% of order
Service Suspension Notice – United States and associated regions Due to recent changes in import tariff requirements outlined in U.S. Executive Order 14324, Innovative Resources has made the decision to suspend all postal services to the United States and other affected regions. As a result, we regret to inform our customers that we are currently unable to dispatch orders to the following destinations until further notice. US and its overseas territories, including Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands.
