Veronica Johns

A proud Aboriginal woman, Veronica spent 12 of her young years in a Children’s Home, an experience that has directed and guided her interest and work in ‘Aboriginal child care’. She completed her Associate Diploma in Child Care in 1987 and has been involved on committees across children’s services programs—playgroups, vacation care, long day care, inclusion support, family day care, Multifunctional Aboriginal Children’s Services (MACS), and program support.
