Tate

communications assistant

Tate has spent their career to-date in the not-for-profit sector, driven by a deep passion for social justice and advocacy. With experience spanning First Nations’ advocacy and communications consulting, Tate has contributed to research projects exploring the needs of marginalised groups and continues to prioritise lived experience as the most important voice of all.

Joining Innovative Resources (IR) has provided the perfect space for Tate’s diverse skills to shine—from videography and design to strategic communication and inclusivity consultation. They love the creativity and purpose behind every project and are excited by the way IR offers real, accessible tools for life’s challenges.

‘I’m passionate about bridging gaps in understanding. These tools create safe, meaningful conversations—and that’s something truly special.’

As an anxious ADHDer, Tate’s favourite card set is Anxiety Solutions, which they cherish for its thoughtful techniques and gentle reminders to be patient and kind to oneself.

Outside of work, Tate is a whirlwind of creativity. As a published poet, aspiring stand-up comedian and treasurer of a lesbian soccer club, they’re always looking for different ways to express their true self. Proudly queer, Tate strives to uplift the LGBTQIA+ community in all aspects of life.
