This is the digital toolbox version of the card set Anxiety Solutions, designed to help people of all ages with clinically proven strategies and techniques for managing anxious thoughts and feelings. Each of the 50 cards features a unique design and coping strategy that enables users to choose an approach that is right for them.

How to Use
- Personal: Choose some strategies you can do everyday … while waiting in line, driving in traffic, or in difficult social situations.
- Classrooms or social work: Encourage people to try the different strategies and give each one a ‘calm rating’ between 1 and 10.
- School wellbeing counsellors: Use the cards to help students build strategies for dealing with exams, social anxiety and other life stresses.
- Therapeutic settings: Invite people to choose a card and try that strategy once a day for a week. Ask them to note when and where they used the strategy each day, and what effect it had on their mind and body (keeping a journal can be helpful).
