 Self-care is essential for those in helping professionals to sustain themselves emotionally, physically, and mentally—if we don’t look after ourselves, we can’t effectively support others.

By implementing regular self-care strategies, we can help prevent burnout, maintain physical and mental health, set boundaries, model healthy behaviour, enhance resilience, improve job satisfaction and reduce compassion fatigue.

 In this one-hour workshop, we’ll introduce a range of self-care activities that can be easily incorporated into anyone’s workday. We’ll also explore a variety of Innovative Resources tools that can enhance self-care practices, reduce stress, promote wellbeing and increase productivity.
